How To Make A Mango Sauce Delicious Snapper

Here we will use the snapper have been difillet beforehand. 2 Tail Snapper fillets, cut lengthwise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
50 g plain flour
oil for frying

Mango Sauce Ingredients:
1 mango, sliced fruit match
2 large red chilli, sliced his
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 onion, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon pepper powder
4 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
½ teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
½ teaspoon fish sauce
250 ml water
1 tablespoon oil for sautéing

The snapper fillets, seared first with lemon juice, salt and pepper powder. Soak it first for about 20 minutes.
