reakfast Recipe: How To Make Pureed Chicken Havemut Mushroom

Breakfast recipes for this time, we will give your cooking recipes chicken mushroom oatmeal porridge. Chicken porridge is definitely more delicious if you give oatmeal in it. This submission has entered this morning, sisidunia editorial Friday (31/10/2014). Want to know how, see yuk below.

2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1 cm ginger, memarkan
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1200 ml chicken stock
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon margarine, for sauteing

Topping Ingredients:
2 cm ginger, finely chopped
350 g chicken thigh fillets, cut in squares
200 grams of volvariella volvacea, iris
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons kecap manis
1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
200 ml water
2 teaspoons of cornflour and 1 1/2 tablespoons water, to thicken
2 stalks green onion, finely sliced
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons cooking oil for sautéing

1 tablespoon fried shallots
2 small leeks, finely sliced

We created for topingnya, sauteed garlic and Ginger until fragrant as well. Stir in chicken, stir it all until it changes color, then enter a mushroom stir fry cook until wilted.

Next give the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, and pepper. Stir evenly, give water and cook until boiling.

Enter a solution of  cornstarch, Cook until thick, add scallions and sesame oil into it mix well then set aside. FRY more garlic and Ginger until fragrant, then add soy sauce, salt and pepper powder, mix well and cook until the broth and let boil.

Then enter the Oatmeal into it, Cook until the Oatmeal is becoming thick and cooked and then give the sesame oil. Pan-fried chicken, let compile shallots and fried leeks.
