Fried Goat Satay Recipe Is A Favorite Of President

You've never heard of fried goat Satay? Definitely curious what it looks like. Generallythe Cook   http://kokimganteng.blogspot.com/2015/05/resep-rendang-padang-asli.html burned process sate. But this one's different sate with another because of the way  the Cook open only burned but also deep fried.

250 gr Mutton (can be mixed with the offal)
10 cloves Shallots
4 cloves garlic
5 whole cayenne pepper fruit
3 tbsp ghee or margarine as a substitute for
3 pieces of green tomatoes (Tomato vegetable), sliced
5 tbsp soy sauce Bango
Pepper and salt to taste
100 ml water

Satay marinade:

5 cloves of garlic
2 tsp ground coriander
5 Pecan pieces
5 pieces of Orange Leaves
100 gr sugar
Asem jawa to taste
Water sparingly
Bango soy sauce to taste

Supplementary materials:

2 red plum tomatoes, sliced
100 grams of Cabbage, finely sliced

How To Make A

Seasoning Broil
1. Puree garlic, coriander, nutmeg and lime leaves.
2. combine brown sugar, asem jawa and water. Add Kecap Bango.
Fried Goat Satay
3. cut meat and dip into the grated pineapple for 5 minutes.
4. lift up, then rub the meat with the marinade satay, set aside.
5. Saute the onion and garlic with ghee. Stir in Cayenne and tomatoes, stir well.
6. Enter the goat meat that has been seared Satay marinade and mix well until it changes color.
7. Add Kecap Bango, mix well.
8. pour water little by little, stir well to sink in. Stir in the pepper and salt to taste. Mix well, then lift.
9. serve with sliced cabbage and tomatoes.
