1 tbsp pepper round
1 tsp cumin white
1 tsp kelabet
5 btr green cardamoms
5 btr garlic
10 small red onion
3 cm ginger
5 cm galangal
3 cm turmeric
1/8 nutmeg seeds
1 tsp salt
2 bh stock block
Other seasoning ingredients:

5 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
lbr 4 lime leaves
2 lbr daun salam
btg Lemongrass, 2 p.m.
5 cm cinnamon
4 small cloves
250 ml thick coconut milk
How To Make Coconut Curry Goat:

Cook until the water is boiling, stir in goat meat, allow it to boil again, then enter thelime leaves, bay leaf, cinnamon, and cloves.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, stir in Lemongrass stir-fry briefly until fragrant, stir inonion and saute until wilted, then insert the other delicate seasoning and FRY untilfragrant and flavorful is cooked. Add  a little gravy, stir-stir until blended, then turn off the heat.
Pour the marinade into a saucepan and boil the meat until the meat is completelytender and the marinade infuse.
Put thick coconut milk, continuing to cook until boiling, then remove.
Serve with fried onions, complementary pickled or hot according to taste, as well asthe warm rice.
